1. Return Policy
At NOYA, customer satisfaction is a priority.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The return must be requested via email and approved by our team
- The product must be in good condition and not intentionally damaged
- Proof of purchase is required
Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
3. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
However:
- The product must be returned in a resalable and hygienic condition
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of excessive use or hygiene concerns
4. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

NOYA reserves the right to refuse refunds if return conditions are not met.
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
